Open the confetti and pour it into a deep dish/bowl/sensory tray or trable. Add in all the components of the set and let your toddler explore. Go through each item with your toddler and describe the colors and textures. You can get creative with additional activies: work with them to create little color piles, freeze the ice cubes and use the waterproof pieces in a water bowl for a different experience, use the tape to stick on confetti and create strips of confetti tape. To make this even more focused on developing fine motor skills - support your toddler in using tongs to explore the pieces (e.g. put the set in one bowl and give your toddler a second empty bowl and have them transfer all the items into the empty bowl using tongs piece by piece).
